As a first-generation American, Sheetal C’Ganti was raised by parents who were quick to instill an appreciation for the opportunities and education that were afforded to them. The importance of taking every opportunity to help others was ingrained.

Through the work of Ashland Greene IMPACT, Sheetal now motivates others to work alongside her and other like-minded partners to identify and meet the changing needs of our community.

Sheetal C’Ganti

Sheetal C’Ganti, a social impact and business executive, brings a unique blend of corporate success and passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Prior to Ashland Greene Impact, Sheetal served in senior management positions with Deloitte, JP Morgan, and Citi in finance, trading, and artificial intelligence. Her proven ability to see challenging projects successfully to completion with intelligence, compassion, and a positive mindset makes her a valuable leader.

Driven to positively affect the lives of others, Sheetal drives Ashland Greene IMPACT strategy and planning for community development and engagement. She actively pursues partnerships and opportunities to deliver and support programs that augment and improve the quality of life the community.

Sheetal serves on the KIPP Texas-DFW Board of Directors and the United Way Pathways to Work Advisory Council.

Alex Luu

Alex is a co-founder of The Real Estate Physician, an investment resource for physicians. She values strategic and innovative solutions to simplify complex systems in order to empower individuals and uplift communities.

She is an experienced global health and social enterprise consultant working alongside organizations such as the WHO and The Gates Foundation. Previously, she was chosen as the country representative during her Peace Corps service, selected as an Emerging Impact Leader Fellow with the Turner Family Center for Social Ventures, and acts on numerous committees providing her insight and guidance.

Alex is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and is completing her medical education at Tulane University School of Medicine. She additionally holds a Masters in Public Health with a focus in global health.

Terri Zelasko

Terri is founder and CEO of Bottled Energy, a boutique marketing consultancy focused on providing fractional CMO and outsourced marketing services to corporations.

She is known for its unwavering enthusiasm, quickness in deciphering needs, and adeptness in strategically customizing an approach to meet objectives in both business and community services.

She is both an experienced business consultant and a hands-on community volunteer who has applied her expertise in the areas of education and child abuse and neglect.

Terri is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S. Business/International Marketing) and the University of Dallas (MBA).
