KIPP DFW Let’s Build a Pre-K Classroom

Education is one of 3 main pillars that guide everything we do at Ashland Greene IMPACT. We understand that education can significantly change the trajectory of someone’s life. We are honored to partner with KIPP Texas to fund the building of a new physical Pre-K classroom at KIPP Destiny (South Dallas campus) for this 2023-2024 school year. KIPP Texas Public Schools is an open-enrollment, tuition-free public charter school network with 34,000 Pre-K – 12 students across Texas. Approximately 93% of their student population is economically disadvantaged and 30% are English Language Learners. This new classroom will educate 24 children and employ 2 new teachers in the first year alone. With the support of generous Ashland Greene IMPACT supporters, we raised over $15,000 to build the Pre-K classroom and provide supplies to the staff at KIPP Destiny. This will have a tremendous impact in the lives of South Dallas children and the greater community this year and for many years to come!
